2. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any Partner Terms that apply to your specific booking. Where Partner Terms conflict with these Terms, the Partner Terms shall prevail in respect of the parking service itself.
3. WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
Aerospace is a comparison and booking agent for independent off-site car parks serving Manchester Airport. We act as an intermediary between you and the Partner Car Parks.
Important points about our role:
- We compare prices, availability, and features from multiple independent Partner Car Parks.
- We facilitate bookings, but the parking contract is between you and the Partner Car Park. Aerospace is the booking agent only.
- We do not own, operate, manage, or directly control any car park, shuttle bus, or parking facility.
- We provide additional technology features including live flight tracking, ANPR barrier integration, shuttle GPS tracking, and automated email notifications.
- We are not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Manchester Airports Group (MAG), CAVU, or any airport operator.
- We retain a commission from the Partner Car Park on each booking. This does not increase the price you pay.
4. ELIGIBILITY
To use the Platform and make a booking, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old (the legal driving age in the UK).
- Hold a valid UK or international driving licence.
- Be authorised to drive and park the Vehicle specified in the booking.
- Provide accurate personal details including name, email, phone number, and vehicle registration.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To make a booking, you must create a customer account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials (email and password) secure and not share them with others.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at aerospaceparking@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been used in breach of these Terms or for fraudulent purposes.
6. BOOKINGS
6.1 Making a Booking
When you search for parking, we display available options from our Partner Car Parks. Prices shown are per the duration selected, inclusive of VAT. A Processing Fee of 1.5% is added at checkout. All bookings are subject to availability.
6.2 Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive:
- A unique Booking Reference (e.g. AS-XXXX).
- A confirmation email with car park address, Google Maps directions, on-the-day instructions, and a live shuttle tracking link.
- ANPR barrier pre-registration (where available) so your number plate is recognised for automatic entry and exit.
Your Booking Confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and the Partner Car Park, with Aerospace acting as booking agent. Please check all details carefully upon receipt. Aerospace cannot be held responsible if you do not notify us of errors.
6.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct, including:
- Drop-off and pick-up dates.
- Vehicle registration number — this is essential for ANPR barrier entry. An incorrect registration may prevent you from entering or exiting the car park.
- Return flight number (optional, but required for flight tracking and automatic shuttle dispatch alerts).
- Terminal selection.
Aerospace is not liable for any issues caused by incorrect booking details you have provided.
6.4 Booking on Behalf of Others
If you make a booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that you have made them aware of these Terms. You remain responsible for the booking.
7. AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
7.1 What Can Be Amended
You may request changes to the following booking details by emailing aerospaceparking@gmail.com with your Booking Reference:
- Vehicle registration number
- Return flight number
- Terminal
- Contact details (phone, email)
7.2 Date Changes
Changes to drop-off or pick-up dates are treated as a cancellation and rebooking. The cancellation policy in Section 8 applies to the original booking. A new booking must be made at the current available price.
7.3 Amendment Fees
There is no charge for amending non-date booking details, provided the amendment is requested at least 24 hours before the drop-off date. Amendments requested within 24 hours of drop-off are subject to availability and may not be possible.
7.4 Partner Car Park Changes
Changing to a different Partner Car Park requires cancellation and rebooking. Standard cancellation terms apply.
8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
8.1 Standard Cancellation
You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off date for a full refund (excluding the Processing Fee). Cancellations can be made through the Platform or by emailing aerospaceparking@gmail.com with your Booking Reference.
8.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the drop-off date are subject to a 25% retention fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded to your original payment method.
8.3 No-Shows
If you do not arrive at the car park on your booked date without cancelling, no refund will be provided. The full booking amount will be charged.
8.4 Early Collection
If you collect your Vehicle before the end of the Parking Period, no partial refund will be issued. Parking is charged for the full pre-booked Parking Period regardless of actual usage.
8.5 Overstay
If you collect your Vehicle after the booked pick-up date, the Partner Car Park may charge you an additional daily overstay fee at their standard rate. This overstay charge is payable directly to the Partner and is not managed by Aerospace. Overstay charges may apply if your flight is delayed, diverted, or cancelled.
8.6 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The 1.5% Processing Fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
8.7 Partner Cancellations
In the rare event that a Partner Car Park cancels or is unable to honour your booking, Aerospace will offer you an alternative car park at the same or lower price, or a full refund including the Processing Fee.
8.8 Consumer Rights
As airport parking is a leisure service with a specific date of performance, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the Parking Period has commenced. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
- Prices are set by Partner Car Parks and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
- Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit card. Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
- A Processing Fee of 1.5% is applied to all bookings. This is non-refundable.
- If you pay with a non-UK card, your card issuer may apply their own currency conversion fees. These are outside our control.
- All payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We do not accept payment on arrival.
- Promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
10. PRICE MATCH
We aim to offer the best prices for independent Manchester Airport parking. If you find an identical parking product for a lower price on another booking platform within 24 hours of making your booking with us:
- Contact us at aerospaceparking@gmail.com with evidence of the lower price (screenshot or link).
- The product must be the exact same car park, same dates, same parking type (e.g. Park & Ride, Meet & Greet).
- The comparison price must be publicly available and not the result of loyalty schemes, staff discounts, cashback offers, or promotional codes.
- If confirmed, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 14 business days.
This guarantee does not apply to bookings made using promotional codes or discounted rates.
11. YOUR VEHICLE
11.1 Vehicle Condition
You are responsible for ensuring that the Vehicle is, at the time of drop-off:
- In a roadworthy condition.
- Covered by valid motor insurance for the full Parking Period.
- Taxed (Vehicle Excise Duty paid) where required by law for the full Parking Period.
- In possession of a current MOT certificate (if applicable) for the full Parking Period.
- Free of any dangerous, toxic, hazardous, or illegal substances.
Failure to comply may entitle the Partner Car Park to refuse entry, cancel the booking without refund, or charge for additional costs incurred.
11.2 Oversized & Special Vehicles
Standard bookings are for standard-sized cars. If your Vehicle is larger than average (e.g. vans, motorhomes, vehicles with roof boxes, trailers, or motorbikes), you must check with the Partner Car Park before booking to confirm they can accommodate it. Additional charges may apply. Aerospace is not liable if a Partner cannot accommodate an oversized vehicle.
11.3 Key Handling
Most Partner Car Parks require you to leave your vehicle keys with car park staff so they can move your Vehicle if necessary for operational or safety reasons. By booking, you consent to this arrangement. Specifically:
- Leave only the Vehicle key — do not leave house keys, office keys, or other personal keys on the same key ring.
- Disable any alarm systems, steering locks, or immobilisers before handing over the key, or provide clear instructions for disabling them.
- The Partner Car Park may need to move your Vehicle within their premises or between associated car parks.
If you have a keyless vehicle or specific security concerns, please discuss arrangements with the Partner Car Park before drop-off.
11.4 Vehicle Inspection & Damage
- The Partner Car Park may photograph or video your Vehicle on arrival and departure.
- You should inspect your Vehicle thoroughly before leaving the car park on collection. Any damage must be reported to car park staff immediately, before you drive away.
- Claims for damage cannot be considered once you have left the car park premises.
- If you believe your Vehicle has been damaged during the Parking Period, you should report it to the Partner Car Park staff, take photographs, and if appropriate report it to the police and your insurer.
- Aerospace is a booking agent and is not responsible for damage to your Vehicle. All damage claims should be directed to the Partner Car Park.
11.5 Personal Property
Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. You are strongly advised not to leave any valuables in your Vehicle. Neither Aerospace nor the Partner Car Park accepts liability for loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property left in the Vehicle.
11.6 Vehicle That Will Not Start
If your Vehicle will not start at the end of the Parking Period, you must arrange for its removal within 24 hours. The Partner Car Park may charge a daily parking fee for each additional day the Vehicle remains on their premises.
12. SHUTTLE SERVICES
12.1 Shuttle Transport
Most Partner Car Parks provide a free shuttle bus service between the car park and Manchester Airport terminals. These shuttles are operated by the Partner Car Park, not by Aerospace. Please note:
- Shuttle frequency varies by Partner and time of day. Typical intervals are 10–15 minutes.
- You should allow sufficient time for the shuttle journey when planning your airport arrival. We recommend arriving at the car park at least 60 minutes before your earliest terminal check-in time.
- Children under 8 must be seated with an accompanying adult on the shuttle.
- The shuttle driver may refuse to carry luggage that is excessively heavy or cannot be safely stowed.
- Aerospace is not liable for any delays to the shuttle service, including delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdown, or operational issues.
12.2 Live Shuttle GPS Tracking
Aerospace provides a live shuttle tracking feature that shows the real-time position of Partner shuttle buses on a map.
- Shuttle drivers broadcast their GPS position using the Aerospace driver app on their phone.
- Customers can view the shuttle’s location, estimated arrival time (ETA), speed, and direction on a live map.
- When a live GPS signal is available, the Platform displays “LIVE GPS”. When no driver is broadcasting, the Platform displays “ESTIMATED” positions based on known routes and schedules.
- Shuttle tracking relies on the driver’s mobile phone GPS and internet connection. Signal quality, accuracy, and availability may vary.
- ETAs are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
- Aerospace does not guarantee the accuracy of GPS positions, ETAs, or shuttle availability.
13. FLIGHT TRACKING
Our flight tracking feature monitors your return flight in real time using aviation data providers (AviationStack). This is a convenience feature and we cannot guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of flight status, departure, arrival, or delay information.
- Uninterrupted availability of the tracking service.
- Specific shuttle dispatch times based on flight data.
When your flight lands, Aerospace automatically notifies the Partner Car Park and sends you a shuttle tracking link. However, you should always phone the car park directly when you land to confirm shuttle collection. Aerospace is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate flight data or service interruptions.
14. ANPR & VEHICLE DATA
Where ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) is available at the Partner Car Park:
- Your vehicle registration number is shared with the Partner to enable barrier-free entry and exit.
- You consent to this data sharing when you provide your registration at booking.
- ANPR systems are operated by the Partner Car Park. Aerospace is not liable for ANPR system failures, misreads, or barrier malfunctions.
- The Partner Car Park may use CCTV and ANPR cameras for security and operational purposes. See the Partner’s own privacy notice for details.
- See our Privacy Policy for details on how Aerospace handles your personal data.
15. PARTNER CAR PARKS & THIRD-PARTY TERMS
Each Partner Car Park is an independent business. Aerospace does not own, manage, or directly operate any car park. Accordingly:
- The parking contract is between you and the Partner Car Park.
- Your parking is subject to the Partner’s own terms and conditions of entry (Partner Terms), which you agree to when you enter the car park.
- Partners are responsible for the safety and security of your Vehicle while on their premises.
- Any claims for vehicle damage, theft, or loss should be directed to the Partner Car Park and/or their insurer.
- Aerospace requires all Partners listed on our Platform to carry appropriate public liability insurance and motor trade insurance.
- Shuttle services, ANPR systems, CCTV, meet-and-greet services, and all on-site facilities are provided by the Partner, not by Aerospace.
16. REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Registered customers receive a unique referral code (e.g. AERO-XXXXXX). The following terms apply:
- Referral codes may be shared with friends and family for personal, non-commercial use.
- Any discounts or rewards associated with referral codes are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Referral codes cannot be sold, traded, auctioned, or published on coupon, voucher, or discount code websites.
- Aerospace reserves the right to revoke referral codes and associated rewards if we suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- We may limit the number of successful referrals per account.
17. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
When using the Platform and the Partner Car Park, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at all times.
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform’s security or infrastructure.
- Comply with the Partner Car Park’s rules, signs, instructions, and conditions of entry.
- Drive slowly and carefully within the car park and follow all directional signs.
- Ensure your Vehicle is roadworthy, insured, taxed, and has a valid MOT (where applicable).
- Not leave valuables or personal property visible in your Vehicle.
- Supervise children at all times while on the car park premises.
- Not carry out any vehicle repairs, maintenance, cleaning, or modifications at the car park.
- Not tow a Vehicle into or out of the car park without prior agreement from the Partner.
- Collect your Vehicle within a reasonable time after your booked return date. Extended stays may incur additional daily charges from the Partner.
- Inspect your Vehicle and report any damage before driving away from the car park.

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve your complaint within 14 business days.
18.2 Car Park Service Issues

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Aerospace’s total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant booking, including the Processing Fee.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, travel costs, or loss of enjoyment.
- We are not liable for any loss of, damage to, or theft of your Vehicle or its contents while parked at a Partner Car Park.
- We are not liable for delays, missed flights, or travel disruptions related to car park, shuttle, or transfer services.

- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the acts or omissions of Partner Car Parks, their staff, or their contractors.
- We are not liable for losses covered by your own motor insurance, travel insurance, or other insurance policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
20. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerospace, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Government actions, restrictions, airport closures, or airspace closures.

- Power failure, internet outage, telecommunications failure, or cyberattack.
- Road closures, traffic incidents, or major transport disruption.
In such events, we will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and notify you as soon as practicable.
