1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aerospace website and mobile application (together, the "Platform") operated by Aerospace Ltd ("Aerospace", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. OUR SERVICE

Aerospace is a comparison and booking platform for car parks serving Manchester Airport. We act as an intermediary between you ("Customer", "you") and independent car park operators ("Partners").

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must be at least 17 years old (the legal driving age in the UK) and hold a valid driving licence. By making a booking, you confirm that you are authorised to drive and park the vehicle specified.

4. BOOKINGS

4.1 Making a Booking

When you search for parking on our Platform, we display available options from our Partner car parks. Prices shown are per the duration selected and include VAT where applicable. A processing fee of 1.5% is added at checkout.

4.2 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive a booking reference, QR code (where applicable), and confirmation details via the Platform. Your booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and the Partner car park.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

5.1 Standard Cancellation

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off date. Cancellations can be made through the Platform or by emailing support@aerospace.app.

5.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the drop-off date are subject to the individual Partner's cancellation policy. Most Partners offer at least a 50% refund for late cancellations.

5.3 No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the car park on your booked date without cancelling, no refund will be provided.

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The 1.5% processing fee is non-refundable.

6. FLIGHT TRACKING

Our flight tracking feature is provided as a convenience. While we use industry-leading data providers (FlightAware, AviationStack), we cannot guarantee:

You should always make your own arrangements to contact the car park if you experience significant delays. Aerospace is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate flight data or service interruptions.

7. ANPR & VEHICLE DATA

Where ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) is available, your vehicle registration number is shared with the Partner car park to enable barrier-free entry and exit. You consent to this sharing when you provide your registration at booking. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. PARTNER CAR PARKS

Each Partner car park operates independently. Aerospace does not own, manage, or directly operate any car park. Accordingly:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Aerospace brand — is owned by Aerospace Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. AEROSPACE FOR BUSINESS

Corporate accounts are subject to additional terms outlined in the Business Account Agreement provided at onboarding. Business accounts include features such as consolidated invoicing, VAT receipts, and spend controls. The Business Account Agreement supersedes these Terms where they conflict.

14. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
